Our old freezer went out and it was hunting season. We needed a freezer for the deer that my husband got. This freezer was on sale so we bought it. It is very nice and has lots of space. It is easy to find what we are looking for in it. The lighting is really nice when you open the door. We are very happy with it.

Bought this back in October of this year. Was quite surprised how large it was inside. The plus for us was it had alot more shelves built into the door. Our last freezer didn't meet our needs totally at the time. We stuff our freezer silly because that saves us money. Price is also reasonable too! Very impressed with it!

Bought because mine broke after 15 years. Mine was a commercial grade, which they didn't even carry. The quality and price for the new freezers are ridiculous. The features on my old freezer out weigh what I saw an purchased.

We are extremely happy with our new upright Whirlpool freezer. It's well lit, roomy and you can see everything at a place. The shelves are deep and the door is so nice with all the storage it provides. It replaced a chest type and it seemed like everything went to the bottom. We lost several things because they went "south" and was past usable date. Not anymore thank goodness.

I received this a month or so ago and am very pleased. I rated it 4 stars for three reasons; you can't open the door without the freezer rolling, it only came with 2 racks - I had to pay $75 more for 2 more racks, there is no outward LED or anything to tell you if it is running or not...you have to open it.

We had been looking for an upright freezer for about 3 months and we finally stumbled upon this one at lowes. It had all of the features that my wife wanted and it was in the price range that I wanted. There is a ton of space and the door shelves are amazing. The Led lighting is extremely bright and you can change which way the door opens. It has been a great freezer thus far.

I'm extremely impressed with this freezer. I've had it several months now, and not once have we had trouble finding space in it. The door shelves are especially handy for kid-snacks and Luigi's Italian Ice boxes! I wish I'd have gotten it long ago. And if you're questioning size, GET THE BIGGER ONE. Trust me! It's great!

I love that this freezer has so much room, and I am able to find everything. After going from a smaller chest freezer, I realize that I should have purchased a freezer like this a long time ago. I am able to keep things organized, moving older items down so that I use them first, putting more recent purchases on the top. I will no longer be wasting food. When I transferred food from the old chest freezer, I found about 60 pounds of food that I had too toss because of older dates. Nothing is buried....I can see it all now.....no more money$$ wasted!!

Bought a month ago and am glad I went from a chest freezer to this one. Only recommendation I have for whirlpool to add a shelf support on the racks so the stacked food doesn't slide off the shelves. Would be nice if it had a latch that would allow you to lay it flat to put items in and out and then latch it back to keep the frozen food in place.
